Thirsty Boys on Castle Street (Maiden Thirsty)
Thanks to a comment from a current resident (below), it can be confirmed this flat is still called Thirsty Boys, not Maiden Thirsty, as referenced on the mural.

It’s ‘Thirsty Boys’… not Maiden Thirsty! Just says that on the boat in the mural. Best flat in Dunedin, needs its proper name on this site!
